This Privacy Policy explains how SYREON RESEARCH ROMANIA SRL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) approaches privacy and data protection in connection with its market research activities, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to transparency and to respecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us.
This notice is intended to satisfy the information requirements of Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”), as applicable, while clearly stating that our activities are structured so that no personal data is collected or processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our website, participants in our market research activities, and business partners interacting with us through the Services. It applies solely to the Services and does not cover third-party websites or services.
4. No Collection of Personal Data
We do not collect, store, process, or disclose personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) GDPR.
5. Cookies and Server Logs (ePrivacy Directive)
Our website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies.
Like virtually all websites, our infrastructure relies on third-party hosting and network service providers. These providers may automatically generate limited server or security logs that temporarily process technical data such as IP addresses solely for security, fraud prevention, and technical maintenance purposes. Such processing is not accessed or used by SYREON RESEARCH ROMANIA SRL and is governed by the providers’ own GDPR obligations.
As a result, consent mechanisms under Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), as transposed into Romanian law by Law No. 506/2004, are not required.
6. Market Research Data
All data collected for market research purposes is aggregated, anonymized, and non-personal. It cannot be used to identify any individual, either directly or indirectly.
7. Legal Basis for Processing (Article 6 GDPR)
As no personal data is processed, no lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR is relied upon.
8. Data Subject Rights and Supervisory Authority
As no personal data is processed, the rights provided under the GDPR do not apply in practice. If you believe personal data has been processed contrary to this policy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP)
